Anthony joined MercyCare in 2018 having more than 25 years’ experience delivering business success and societal impact across a range of organisations and sectors.
Anthony previously worked at St John Ambulance WA for 11 years, six of which he was Deputy Chief Executive Officer holding responsibility for organisational strategy, state-wide operations, and being instrumental in the management of significant organisation reform programs. Prior to the Deputy CEO role at St John Ambulance Anthony held senior finance and executive roles within the organisation and before that he led the Western Australian division of The Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Rosina has over 20 years’ experience in the early education and care sector. She brings her practical experience and leadership skills to ensure every child has the best start to life.
Rosina began her career as a Qualified Room Leader before holding management roles including Operations Manager, Area Manager, Compliance and Governance and Business Support at smaller private organisations in regional areas to larger National Organisations. She commenced with MercyCare in 2016 as Centre Manager, appointed General Manager Early Learning Services in 2018 before moving into the Executive Director Early Learning Services role in 2021.
Rosina is a Committee Member of the Australian Childcare Alliance – WA and Early Childhood Australia – WA.
Vicky has a range of experience in areas of social justice, education, pastoral care, youth work, outreach and spirituality.
She has a Diploma in Youth Work, a Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Political and International Studies and a Master of Arts in Theological Studies.
Vicky came to MercyCare from the Aboriginal Catholic Ministry and a commitment to relationships and reconciliation with Australia’s First Peoples has been a common thread throughout much of her career.
She’s always had a passion for justice, spirituality and seeing people and organisations connect to, live by and embody their mission and purpose.
Martin is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Business degree, with a major in Marketing and a sub major in Employee Relations.
Prior to joining MercyCare, Martin held senior management roles with DHL Worldwide Express, Sydney Ports Corporation and Automotive Holdings Group. His extensive experience has seen him in roles around the world, including Sydney, Singapore and Germany.
Martin has also previously held a non-executive Director role with Rocky Bay to support the organisation through the implementation of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Phil Martin is a seasoned leader. His areas of expertise include operations, governance, risk management, and strategy, with a focus on ensuring the well-being of vulnerable individuals. Phil has built a successful career in healthcare starting out as a Paramedic, holding various clinical, operational, and senior leadership positions during his 14 years with St John Ambulance.
Phil joined MercyCare in 2019 as the General Manager of Residential Aged Care, stepping into the role of Executive Director of Aged Care Services in 2021, where he leads a high-performance team striving to provide excellence in care and services which are safe, individual, connected, and effective.
Phil holds post-graduate qualifications in health leadership and emergency management and is a graduate of the Institute of Company Directors and Leadership WA.
Jennie has worked in the Community Services Sector for more than 25 years predominantly with Children, Youth and Families as well as the Disability and Mental Health sectors. Jennie was previously the State Director for Life Without Barriers and the Executive Director for Service Delivery at YMCA WA. Jennie has considerable Executive management experience and has sat on a number of key Community Sector Boards. Jennie brings a strong values and person–centred approach and is passionate in supporting vulnerable people to become active members of their community.
Amelia is a chartered accountant with over 30 years of executive leadership experience in finance and corporate services in both the Commercial, Government and NFP sectors and across a wide range of industries including health, aged care, facilities management, energy, and education. Amelia has also held senior consulting roles in corporate finance, recovery & assurance. Amelia is also an experienced non-executive director from previous appointments in aged care, primary health care and forestry sectors.
